FAQ
- When does billing start?
- AP Leads bills from the day your first lead is delivered, every 30 days. The receptionist bills from the day forwarding is verified. Nothing is charged at signup.
- What is the lead floor?
- Any 30-day period with fewer than 3 delivered leads is free. The charge is skipped automatically. Founding members have a floor of 5 for their first three periods.
- What if a lead is bad?
- Tap Dispute on the lead. Wrong number, outside your area, duplicate, or no answer after two tries credits $15 at once, up to $75 a period, and the lead comes off that period's floor count.
- How do I cancel?
- One click from the dashboard or any email. Your listing runs to the end of the current period. No call, no reason needed.
- What is the setup fee?
- A one-time fee for the standalone receptionist, set by how many leads you have had: $49 with none yet, $99 with 1 to 9, $199 with 10 or more. The bundle waives it. It is not refunded.
- Does AP Leads send me emergency calls?
- Emergencies come by phone, not by form. AP Leads brings the planned work. The AP Receptionist answers every call, and when it is a real emergency it puts the caller straight through to your cell. If you cannot pick up, you get the details by text within a minute.
